Cancellations
How to cancel a visit and when refunds apply.
Online cancellation
You can cancel with at least 24 hours' notice before your visit using My bookings (email + booking reference from your confirmation email).
Less than 24 hours
If it's too late to cancel online, message me on WhatsApp or phone. I'll do what I can, but short-notice cancellations may still be charged.
If I need to cancel
If I'm ill or there's an emergency, I'll contact you as soon as possible. You'll get a full refund for any visit I can't make.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card used at checkout. They usually appear within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
